Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory for return approval
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Color or print variation due to screen differences
- Slight irregularities in print or weave, which are natural characteristics of fabrics
Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Customized or altered products
Refund Process
- Once the return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 3 days
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, based on availability
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect
- In case of approved damage/defect, return shipping will be arranged by us
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
